Senior Power BI Analyst

The Senior Power BI Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic data models

• Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly BI solutions

• Develop advanced DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and optimized data models

• Analyze business performance data and provide actionable recommendations

• Ensure data accuracy, report performance, governance, and consistency across reporting solutions

• Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and business teams

• Support self-service analytics initiatives and promote data literacy

• Establish and maintain BI best practices, standards, and documentation

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability development

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience working with data warehouses and large-scale datasets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience delivering executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting solutions

• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Databricks, or similar technologies

• Understanding of Power BI governance, security, and administration

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-300 or equivalent

• Experience in telecommunications, fintech, retail, or technology sectors
