Senior Process Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• defines the settings of assembly line processes and their validation

• analyzes and optimizes processes and proposes modifications

• improves working conditions, safety, ergonomics, and efficiency

• provides support and collaborates with other departments, particularly in addressing failure rates and scrap rates

Qualifications:

• University degree, ideally in a technical field

• experience in a similar position at a production plant (could also be during study)

• fluent in Czech and English languages

• advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and at least basic knowledge of AutoCAD, etc. (SolidWorks is a plus)

• understanding of automation and robotic applications

• LEAN tools – basic understanding is a plus
