- Monitor the procurement process from order placement to delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all procurement activities and supplier performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all procurement activities.
- Participate in supplier performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the procurement function.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement engineering or a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering materials, specifications, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
