Senior Product Manager

About the Role

As Senior Product Manager for Hello Meds, you’ll own and drive our medication adherence and optimization product across software, connected hardware, and the operational systems that bring them together.

Hello Meds combines Pillbox, our connected medication device; Nia, our AI-powered assistant; and Med Review, our pharmacist-led medication optimization service. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product Design, and Client Experience to execute the product strategy, scale the member experience, and shape the next generation of Hello Meds and Pillbox.

This is a highly cross-functional role for a product leader who is equally comfortable owning software experiences, navigating complex operational workflows, and partnering deeply with hardware and firmware engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Hello Meds product roadmap across the member experience, Pillbox, and supporting operational workflows
• Drive product development in partnership with software, hardware and firmware engineering, and design
• Translate member, client, and product data into clear requirements and priorities that improve activation, engagement, and retention
• Own and improve critical eligibility and enrollment workflows across client populations
• Partner with Client Experience and implementation teams to enable smooth client onboarding and launches
• Own Pillbox product and firmware requirements, translating real-world device performance into engineering priorities
• Lead Pillbox V2 planning, including feature prioritization, firmware roadmap, accessibility, and usability requirements
• Represent Hello Meds product in client and internal stakeholder conversations and support product performance and outcomes initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including direct experience managing hardware and/or firmware products such as connected devices, IoT, or medical devices
• Experience owning consumer-facing software products and roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex eligibility, enrollment, operational, or data workflows
• Strong product judgment and ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive execution with a high degree of ownership and operational rigor in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, medication adherence, or connected medical devices
• Familiarity with employer benefits or health plan eligibility systems
• Experience working with healthcare channel partners such as health plans, PBMs, or pharmacy networks
• Experience with accessibility standards or regulated device documentation
