The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and management of AI-native products within our portfolio. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and beyond, ensuring the product’s success in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or related disciplines.
At least 8 years’ experience of pre-sales / solutions consulting/ product management/ project management.
Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent communication and presentation skill, with experience in dealing with senior management and all levels including across matrix teams.
Independent, detailed oriented, and a good team player.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and analytics teams.
Ability to translate business goals into product requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and capabilities (e.g., generative AI, copilots, agent frameworks) in day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity, research, and product development.
