Experience Range: With at least 8 to 12 years of experience in product management, including substantial leadership of enterprise-level product initiatives Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor product performance using key metrics, iterating based on data-driven insights to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain product differentiation
    • Required Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in managing product backlogs using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Expertise in designing product blueprints and translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience with business process modeling at program and enterprise levels
  • Skill in developing and executing product roadmaps and strategic vision
  • Ability to perform market research and competitive analysis using industry-standard methods
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies for product development
  • Familiarity with metrics-driven product performance monitoring and optimization
  • Competence in user story mapping and requirements gathering
  • Knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycle and architecture
    • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SaaS product management in large-scale environments
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX design principles
  • Hands-on expertise in data analytics platforms for product insights
  • Knowledge of Lean Product Management frameworks
  • Experience with API design and integration strategies
  • Exposure to change management practices in enterprise settings
    • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile product management certification
  • Certification in Product Management from a recognized institution such as Pragmatic Institute or AIPMM
