Senior Product/UX Writer

Are you passionate about creating intuitive user experiences through clear, impactful content? We are looking for a Senior Product/UX Writer to help advance our product documentation architecture, content strategy, and UX writing practices.

In this role, you will create and optimize microcopy, Help Center content, and user-facing documentation that enhances the customer journey across our products. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own the content strategy and deliverables for your designated product focus

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to craft clear, concise microcopy that supports user flows

• Review user experiences and provide feedback to improve UI/UX design

• Write Help Center articles including how-to’s, tutorials, and best practices

• Create in‑product assistance such as walkthroughs, tooltips, and contextual help

• Track feedback channels to identify user needs, evaluate content performance, and shape priorities

• Stay current on industry trends and apply new approaches for a global audience

• Implement a Chameleon writing style - a proven ability to modify ones tone and voice to match the customer and use case

• Ability to manage and prioritize your tasks with input from outside stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in microcopy/UX and Help center content

• Working experience producing user documentation, including guides, tutorials, and best‑practice articles according to team standards

• Experience with SaaS or technology products.

• Mother Tongue English

• Strong attention to detail and a user-centered mindset.
