Senior Recruiter, GTM

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to help us build high-performing commercial teams across North America and Europe.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for an experienced recruiter who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment. You will own GTM searches end to end, partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers, and help us identify and attract strong commercial talent in competitive markets.

The role will focus primarily on go-to-market hiring, including enterprise sales, solutions architecture, marketing, and other commercial functions.

Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across North America and Europe, from intake and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer management, and close.

Partner closely with sales, marketing, and GTM leaders to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective search strategies.

Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, networks, and other channels, with particular focus on passive and high-performing candidates.

Develop a strong understanding of relevant GTM talent markets, target companies, candidate backgrounds, and competitive hiring dynamics.

Evaluate candidate experience in the context of factors such as customer segment, sales motion, deal complexity, territory, quota ownership, product category, and go-to-market environment.

Help hiring managers calibrate candidate quality and make informed hiring decisions based on market realities, talent availability, and business needs.

Deliver a thoughtful and consistent candidate experience while maintaining strong pace, follow-through, and communication throughout the process.

Use recruiting data and market insights to identify pipeline gaps, adjust sourcing strategies, and improve hiring outcomes.

Contribute to recruiting process improvements, employer branding, agency strategy, talent mapping, and other initiatives that strengthen our GTM recruiting capability.

Share market knowledge and recruiting best practices and provide mentorship to other recruiters as the team grows.

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful experience hiring go-to-market talent.

Strong track record of independently managing complex and competitive searches from intake through close.

Strong direct sourcing capability and experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.

Experience recruiting for roles such as Enterprise Account Executive, Sales Leadership, Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer, Marketing, Customer Success, or other customer-facing functions.

Ability to assess GTM backgrounds beyond title or company name and understand factors such as sales motion, customer segment, deal size, quota performance, and product complexity.

Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders and hiring managers.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple searches with different levels of urgency and complexity.

Experience supporting hiring across North America and Europe or other international markets is preferred.

Experience recruiting in an early-stage or high-growth technology company.

Experience hiring for enterprise software, data infrastructure, developer tools, AI, cloud, or other technical B2B products.

Experience recruiting both sales and technical GTM roles such as Enterprise AEs and Solutions Architects.

Strong understanding of enterprise sales talent markets and the differences between SMB, mid-market, and enterprise selling environments.

Experience mentoring recruiters or helping build recruiting processes and capabilities.
