Senior Sales / Deputy Sales Manager / Director (Admixtures)

• Manage the delivery of company products to business partners, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery methods.
• Develop new customers and new projects to expand business opportunities.
• Collect payments from trade receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Negotiate with customers on pricing, sales terms, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Drive sales of based concrete admixtures to Thailand’s leading Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) producers, covering approximately 60% of the market.
• Lead new client acquisition and product replacement initiatives, converting competitor products.
• Navigate complex and lengthy vendor approval processes with major Thai customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-15+ years of sales experience in construction chemicals, with a strong focus on concrete admixtures
• Background with, or strong industry connections to, leading global construction chemical companies
• Solid understanding of both the technical and commercial advantages of based admixtures compared to traditional naphthalene-based products
• Fluent in both Thai and English
