SENIOR SALES / DEPUTY SALES MANAGER / DIRECTOR

-Manage the delivery of company products to business partners, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery methods.

-Develop new customers and new projects to expand business opportunities.

-Collect payments from trade receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts.

-Negotiate with customers on pricing, sales terms, payment terms, and delivery conditions.

-Drive sales of based concrete admixtures to Thailand’s leading ReadyMix Concrete (RMC) producers, covering approximately 60% of the market.

-Lead new client acquisition and product replacement initiatives, converting competitor products.

-Navigate complex and lengthy vendor approval processes with major

Requirements

-Minimum 5-15+ years of sales experience in construction chemicals, with a strong focus on concrete admixtures

-Background with, or strong industry connections to, leading global construction chemical companies

-Solid understanding of both the technical and commercial advantages of based admixtures compared to traditional naphthalene

-based products - Fluent in both Thai and English

Benefits
