Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Salesforce CPQ Administrator with strong experience in CPQ configuration, product catalog management, pricing, quoting, and approval processes. The role will partner with business and product teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions while providing ongoing platform support and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ products, bundles, pricing, discount schedules, and quote templates.
• Build and manage Product Rules, Price Rules, Summary Variables, and Approval Processes.
• Support contract amendments, renewals, subscriptions, and quote generation processes.
• Configure Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
• Troubleshoot CPQ and Salesforce issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams on system enhancements and data integrations.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Salesforce CPQ Configuration
  • Product Rules & Price Rules
  • Quote Templates
  • Discount Schedules
  • Renewals & Amendments
  • Salesforce Administration & Flows
• Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations and REST APIs.
• Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience in financial services or payments domain.
