Senior Strategy&Planning Manager

Responsibilities:

• Transform complex client briefs into high-performing media plans

• Lead the development of Tier 1 and large-scale strategic proposals

• Apply and optimize planning for non-standard, experimental, or emerging tactics

• Drive cross-functional initiatives within the planning function

• Coach and guide Middle and Junior-level planners

• Deliver executive-level presentations to clients and leadership

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years in digital media planning

• 1–2 years of experience in mentoring or team support

• Direct DSP interface experience or advanced expertise across 2+ ad platforms

• Deep understanding of media infrastructure and planning systems

• Experience in client-facing pitches and strategic presentations (preferred)

• English proficiency: B2–C2; ability to communicate and express point in verbal and written English easily
