What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Supervisor, Compliance to maintain and strengthen the compliance framework, provide compliance advisory and assessment support, and coordinate with Group stakeholders to monitor and implement changes related to applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
What are we expecting from this role?
- Assist in developing and maintaining compliance-related SOPs, policies, and guidelines in alignment with Group standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Conduct assurance reviews to ensure compliance processes and controls are effectively implemented and adhered to.
- Monitor and assess regulatory developments and changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization, and engage stakeholders to track and implement required actions.
- Provide ongoing compliance advisory, review, and approval support for products, services, business processes, key projects, initiatives, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the successful delivery of the Annual Compliance Plan.
- Conduct conduct-risk reviews, including mystery shopping exercises, to identify and address potential or suspected misconduct.
- Support and review AML-related activities and initiatives as required.
- Coordinate with Group Compliance, Group Financial Crime, Group Conduct, and Group Assurance Review teams to ensure appropriate compliance processes are implemented and compliance-related matters are properly consulted.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head or Function Head.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or legal functions within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Khmer.
