Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

• Experience: At least 6 years of professional experience in system administration

• Tech Enthusiast: Advanced knowledge of Linux systems (preferably Debian or Ubuntu distributions), Familiarity with DevOps practices and container technologies. Experience with monitoring platforms like Zabbix. Use tools like SCCM, SCOM, Manage Engine, and Zabbix for system monitoring and upgrades.

• Performance-Driven:Monitor and optimize the performance of on-premises environments, develop backup and upgrade strategies. Resolve issues in production environments and provide 24/7 support for critical systems.

• Analytical Mindset: Analytical Thinking, ability to resolve complex production issues in critical environments.

• Testing & Optimization: Automation and Scripting: Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions such as antivirus and anti-spam tools. Develop and implement automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to simplify system management tasks, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual interventions.

• Analysis: IT Infrastructure Modernization, Collaborate with teams to design and implement modern IT solutions aligned with industry best practices. Contribute to DevOps practices, including containerized environments and Linux systems.

• Communication Expert:Good level of English,

• Curious and Eager:Open to learning new things and enthusiastic about growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Windows Server (2019/2022).

• Ability to modernize IT systems and implement scalable solutions.

• Basic knowledge of disaster recovery processes and capacity planning.

Job Description:

• Design, manage, and optimize system infrastructure.

• Ensure seamless operation of servers, storage, networks, and security components.

• Develop solutions to enhance system performance and ensure business continuity.

• Configure and manage essential system services such as DNS, DHCP, File Servers, and Certificate Management.

• Maintain updated documentation of configurations, procedures, and automation workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
