Senior UX Designer

UX Designer (Expert)

We’re looking for a skilled UX Designer to enhance user experiences across our dealer and customer platforms. You’ll also dedicate 50% of your time to improving the SPX (Sales and Purchasing Experience) system, collaborating with developers and the service owner to manage the backlog and optimize usability.

What You’ll Do:

• Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our dealer and customer platforms.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to enhance the SPX CRM system for dealer networks.
• Rapidly prototype designs using Figma for visualization and testing.
• Conduct user research & usability testing to drive informed design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas.
• Stay ahead of UX trends and best practices to improve our products continuously.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Figma proficiency for rapid prototyping.
• Strong user-centered design and research skills.
• Excellent collaboration & communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Bonus: Knowledge of front-end development.
