Senior Video Editor | Wingman Creative

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor with extensive experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and motion graphics to produce engaging, high-quality video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, visual aesthetics, and branding, with the ability to lead post-production projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Create compelling motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, lower thirds, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or similar software.

• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro as the primary editing platform for assembling raw footage, audio, graphics, and visual effects.

• Collaborate with creative directors, marketing teams, producers, and clients to develop engaging video content.

• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Color correct and color grade footage to ensure visual consistency.

• Edit and mix audio, including dialogue, music, and sound effects.

• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries.

• Stay updated on video editing trends, social media formats, and emerging technologies.

• Review final videos for quality assurance before publishing.

• Mentor junior editors and provide creative guidance when needed.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of professional video editing experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.

• Experience editing content for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and export settings.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Adobe After Effects
Experience with Motion Graphics and Motion Design
Experience in creating MOGRTs for Premiere Pro (Motion Graphics Templates)
Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro preferred but not required
