Service Advisor

Hartwell Automotive Group Limited are seeking a Service Advisor to come and join the team in Dunstable where we represent BYD, Ford Car and Commercial Vehicles.

No experience is required and full training will be given. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys speaking to the public and would welcome a customer-focused role. A passion for cars is an added bonus. This is an exciting role that can lead to a fulfilling career in the motor trade with the opportunity to progress. Our current Group Service Manager started her career in the same role.

What You Will Do:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service
• Schedule and manage vehicle service appointments
• Liaise between customers and technicians
• Explain repair work and costs clearly
• Upsell additional services when appropriate
• Ensure a smooth and efficient workshop flow
• Liaise with technicians to coordinate the work schedule and progress updates
• Accurately manage booking systems, job cards, invoicing and customer records
