Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in Body & Paint operations or an automotive dealership.
Automotive Knowledge: Good understanding of vehicle body repair, painting processes, and general automotive operations.
Customer Service: Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and customer expectations professionally.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good English proficiency.
Insurance Knowledge: Previous experience dealing with insurance companies and vehicle repair claims is highly preferred.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to explain repair requirements, estimates, and additional work clearly and professionally.
Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and automotive/dealership management systems.
Organization: Strong follow-up, time-management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Professionalism: Presentable, customer-oriented, and able to maintain the premium service standards expected of Mercedes-Benz.
