Requirements:

  • Prior experience in business development, sales, partnerships, community management, and other relevant roles.
  • Knowledge in hardware and software server administration, troubleshooting and repair,network and switching protocols (remote and on-premises), Network security devices, IT
  • Business equipment, software development and virtualization.
  • Ability to manage a complex network of companies around the world.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly communicate withindividuals from a variety of countries and backgrounds.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Willingness to meet with service partners in off-business hours as required, particularly service partners in other time zones.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word.


Job Function


Service Partner – Vendor Management (RMT) role is to source, assess and engage new service partners to develop strategic relationship in accordance with TRT’s objective, goals, and strategies.


Primary Workflow:

• Sourcing new partners and executing partnership solutions while maintaining and

strengthening the existing Servicer Partners.

• Research service partners, identify key players and generate interest.

• Developing a deep understanding of the partner's services. business, services portfolio, key

stakeholders, and customer base.

• Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the

partnership.

• Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms

that are in line with business objectives, goals, and strategy.

• Ensure Service Partners comply with contract terms.

• Responsible with Service Partner contracts and ensure contracts renewed on time.

• Ensure proper documentation are created, reviewed, updated, and stored.

• Ensures that the Service Partner Database are always updated.

• Assist CAMs for the availability of Service Partners for project tasks.


Key Deliverables:


• Fully reviewed and understand the Service Partner contract.

• Able to answer questions quickly from Service Partners.
