WORK SCHEDULE

Tuesday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Saturday - 9:00am - 4:00pm

DESCRIPTION

RV Technicians are responsible for preparing campers and trailers for delivery to buyers as well as servicing trailers that need diagnosis and repair. Repair and maintenance is done on all parts of the trailer including plumbing, electrical, a/c and heating, appliances, LP systems, and more.A successful candidate must have prior RV experience and mechanical aptitude, but we provide ongoing on the job training for those who want to expand their skillset. A certification process is available for those who qualify. Our service team will assist every new member in learning our products, processes, and skills needed to be successful.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

To perform this job well, an individual should demonstrate the following competences:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read service manuals and instructions
• Basic computer skills is helpful
• Positive attitude and reliable

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school education or its equivalent;
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous RV tech experience
• RV technician certification is a plus!
• Hourly pay is based on knowledge and experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Good general health and physical ability.
• Ability to perform physical tasks for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Heavy lifting is occasionally required.
• All sensory abilities are required.
