Service Technician (f/m/d)
AI Summary
Service Technician (f/m/d) installs, maintains, and repairs robotic systems across DACH and France, working closely with operations and customers to ensure reliable on-site performance.
About this role
Your mission
Keep our robots running. Make our customers happy.
Robots couldn't handle soft materials. We fixed that. Now we're scaling it into reality, and we need hands on power to deploy and maintain our fleet in the field.
At sewts, we build the intelligence that lets robots manipulate deformable materials like textiles, towels, cables with human like precision. Our systems are already deployed in production across Europe and expanding into the US.
We are building a foundational technology stack called sewts.JUPITER. JUPITER uses genAI to realistically simulate the behavior of deformable and soft objects to create corresponding computer vision models and grabbing strategies. Based on our physical AI, for the first time ever, robots are enabled to handle soft and deformable materials.
With over €10M in funding, we will bring automation into all untapped industries, like cloth manufacturing, textiles handling, recycling and e commerce. This is where AI leaves the screen and enters the physical world. And in the physical world, nothing forgives you.
Your Role
As a Service Technician at sewts, you are the person who makes our systems work in the real world. You will travel to customer sites mainly in the DACH region to install, set up, and maintain our robotic machines, and when something goes wrong, you are the one who fixes it.
You are part of our Operations Team and will be a key link between our customers and our technical development teams in Munich. Your work on the ground is what keeps our customers happy and our technology running reliably. You will support our operations team by feeding field insights back into product development, and ensure our customers can rely on their systems every day.
