Key Responsibilities:

On-Call Coverage:

• Be available6:00 AM - 11:00 PMon your selected weekday (from available options).
• Participate in anon-call rotation every 5th weekendto cover any last-minute call-offs.
• 2 holidays

Personal Care & Assistance:

• Help clients withbathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring dignity and comfort.
• Assist withmobility support, including transfers, walking, and repositioning.

Health & Wellness Monitoring:

• Providemedication remindersand report any health concerns.
• Monitor and documentchanges in the client’s physical and mental condition.

Household Support & Companionship:

• Performlight housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Offeremotional support and companionshipto enhance clients’ overall well-being.
• Ensure asafe home environmentby identifying and addressing potential hazards.

Accurate Documentation & Communication:

• Maintain detailed records ofcare provided, client condition changes, and any incidentsduring shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Qualifications:

• Stronginterpersonal and communicationskills.
• Ability toadapt to changing client needsand follow individualized care plans.
• Basic knowledge ofmedical procedures and terminology.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to caregiving.

Physical & Other Requirements:

• Ability tolift, move, and assist clientsas needed.
• Validdriver’s licenseandreliable transportation(if required for travel).
• Ability to pass abackground check(as applicable).

Preferred Experience & Certifications:

• 1+ year of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA(Required).
• HHA or CNA license(Required).
• Driver’s License & Auto Insurance(Required).
• CPR Certification(Preferred).
