Romans Road Pizza is a locally owned and operated Franchise operating 11 stores in Central Missouri. 

We are looking for dependable and motivated Shift Leaders who can help lead daily operations and support team execution in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising shifts, maintaining operational standards, supporting team members, and helping ensure excellent customer service during daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily store execution

• Supervise and coach team members during shifts

• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

• Assist with customer issue resolution

• Help manage labor and shift efficiency

• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time

• Support training and development of team members

• Communicate effectively with store leadership

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to stay organized under pressure

• Reliable attendance and accountability

• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
