As a Shift Leader at GYG in Strathpine, you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences. Your role will see you leading, coaching and motivating a new team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards, ensuring every guest receives the best. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have: 

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment 
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service 
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate 
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
