Hija de Sanchez is the taqueria-arm of Sanchez – a group of contemporary Mexican restaurants concepts run by Rosio Sanchez, former Head of Pastry and R&D at noma. We’re looking for fun people with an interest in Mexican food to join our taqueria teams.

You will be…

… Prepping and serving tacos and beyond (we’ll teach you this, no worries)

… Advising guests on menu items (and the meaning of life if you feel like it)

… Maintaining the taquerias’ appearance and helping ensure the quality of every dish served

... Leading by example, guiding the colleagues working with you through a busy shift

… Elevating guest experiences

… Attending weekend staff drinks and staff parties (arguably one of the most important tasks)
