Shop Supervisor at Londis Coolcotts, Co Wexford

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team at Londis Coolcotts in Co Wexford. As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The Role:

• Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.

• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock rotation to minimise waste and ensure freshness.

• Update specials, and promotions to drive sales and meet customer preferences.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.

• Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate would be flexible to do couple of evenings (3pm to 10pm)
