Requirements

  • Ensure the showroom is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
  • Oversee product display, labeling, and replenishment to ensure items are always available and attractively presented.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen/production team to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
  • Monitor cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-day reports.
  • Train and guide staff on customer service, sales techniques, and showroom etiquette.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and showroom issues.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or showroom management (preferably in F&B or sweets industry).
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle peak hours and maintain high service quality under pressure.
  • Good English communication is a plus.
