Simulation Engineer Intern

Simulation Engineer Intern | Internship Full time

What you’ll do

• Accident Simulation: Develop and test vehicle collision simulations using physics-based engines.

• Model Validation: Compare simulation results with real-world crash data to validate accuracy and refine model parameters.

• Automation & Tools: Help automate data preparation, simulation workflows, and reporting pipelines.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside AI and software engineers to connect simulation outputs with our AI-based reconstruction system.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering,Automation Engineering,Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong understanding ofmechanics, vehicle dynamics, and impact energy dissipation.

• Familiarity CAD, or any otherMultibody/FEA tools (e.g., LS-Dyna, MATLAB/Simulink, Adams, or similar).

• Basic programming skills (Python, MATLAB, or C++) are a plus.

• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and attention to detail.

• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Fluency in Italian is required for this role.
