Our Casino site is an important part of our manufacturing operations, producing some of our much-loved protein snacks. We are passionate about creating great products, supporting our people and continuing to grow our business.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our Casino manufacturing site on a part-time basis. This is a varied role that sits at the heart of our site, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our front-of-house, administration, visitor management, retail shop, and general site activities.

As a key point of contact for our team members, visitors, customers and external stakeholders, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience while providing essential administrative support across the site.

What You Will Do:

1. Reception, Visitor & Site Support: Be the welcoming face of the Casino site by managing reception, visitor access and registrations, incoming calls, site supplies, first aid requirements and general administration to keep the workplace organised and professional.

2. Mail & Logistics Administration: Managing mail, packages, couriers and the site sample process.

3. Retail Shop & Events: Manage the day-to-day operation of the site retail shop, including customer service, inventory, stock control and financial reporting, while also coordinating site events, celebrations, catering and customer or international visits.

4. General Administration: This role will support with general administration across the site as required.

Qualifications

What You Wil Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service or a similar role

• Experience supporting an office or workplace environment

• Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use multiple software applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

• High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with people across different teams and levels of the organisation

• A high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
