Your main role will be to plan, execute, and manage the social media strategy for our amazing clients. • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for our clients.

• Define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media.

• Prepare, manage, and monitor social content plans and calendars.

• Plan and execute creative photoshoot and short video ideas in collaboration with editors.

• Participate in campaign ideation, execution, and performance analysis across social platforms.

• Stay up to date with the latest best practices and trends in social media.

• Utilize social media tools like Amplify, Talkwalker, and others.

• Collaborate with the customer service team, social media team, and creative team to ensure innovative and engaging content plans.

• Monitor user engagement and suggest content improvements.

• Hire and/or train new members of the social media team.

• Provide constructive feedback on social media plans and campaigns.

 

المهام المطلوبة منك:

●  تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة استراتيجية وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لعملائنا.

●  تحديد وتحقيق أهم مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسة لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

●  إعداد وإدارة ومراقبة خطط وتقاويم المحتوى الاجتماعي.

●  إعداد وتنفيذ أفكار لجلسات تصوير إبداعية وفيديوهات قصيرة والعمل مع المحررين.

●  المشاركة في أفكار الحملات من حيث التنفيذ، وقياس نجاح كل حملة في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

●  البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الممارسات وأفضل التقنيات في مجال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

●  استخدام أدوات لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي مثل Amplify و Talkwalker وغيرها.

●  العمل مع فريق خدمة العملاء، فريق وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والفريق الإبداعي لضمان أن خطط المحتوى مبتكرة وجذابة.

●  مراقبة تفاعل المستخدمين واقتراح تحسين المحتوى.

●  توظيف / تدريب الآخرين في فريق وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

●  تقديم ملاحظات بناءة حول خطط / حملات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

 

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media.

• Comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Exceptional ability to create engaging and unique content.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong analytical skills to measure and enhance performance.

 

●  درجة بكالوريوس في التسويق، الاتصالات، أو مجال ذي صلة.

●  خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التواصل الاجتماعي.

●  معرفة شاملة بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة.

●  مهارات قوية في الاتصال الكتابي والشفهي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

●  قدرة مذهلة على إبداع محتوى جذاب وفريد.

●  مهارات تنظيمية وقدرة على إدارة الوقت بكفاءة.

●  قدرة تحليلية قوية لقياس الأداء وتحسي.
