About this role
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Community / Supported Living team, based in East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
What will your responsibilities be?

Conducting Care Act reviews — completing in‑person Care Act assessments, updating support plans and ensuring support remains appropriate, strengths‑based and cost‑effective.

Monitoring safety and wellbeing — supporting ISL tenants to stay safe, well and independent, identifying risks early and liaising closely with Futures+ and Commissioning teams.

Applying safeguarding and MCA/DoLS practice — undertaking mental capacity assessments, contributing to best‑interest decisions and responding to safeguarding concerns within supported living settings.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
