About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect with expertise in software platforms on Classic/Adaptive AUTOSAR and/or Linux/QNX hypervisor and base software development. This role is instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions for automotive applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of the senior architecture team and lead the establishment of long-term design strategies for Embedded Software Platforms.
  • Lead the development of software platforms based on AUTOSAR and/or Linux, ensuring seamless integration on High-Performance Computing (HPC) platforms supporting multiple operating systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
  • Oversee the integration of Board Support Packages (BSP) and configuration of hypervisors and Guest OS.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest automotive safety and security standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software platform development processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Architect in automotive software development.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Classic AUTOSAR domain.
  • Expertise in Linux-based systems and hypervisor technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Embedded C.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR.
  • Knowledge of QNX hypervisor and real-time operating systems.
  • Familiarity with automotive cybersecurity and functional safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with embedded software development tools and methodologies.
