Software Migration Assistant

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our software transition process. This role involves downloading files and information from an existing platform and accurately uploading and organizing them into a new system. This is a repetitive, process-driven position that requires consistency, focus, and comfort performing similar tasks throughout the day.

Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with basic technical skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Download files and records from the current software platform
• Upload and organize files into the new software system
• Ensure information is transferred accurately and completely
• Follow established processes and training guidelines
• Perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality
• Identify and report any inconsistencies or upload issues
• Maintain productivity and meet project timelines

Requirements

• English proficiency: B2 level or above
• Basic computer and technical skills
• Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Organized and dependable work style
• Previous administrative, data entry, or system-related experience is a plus but not required.
