Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a proactive, bilingual professional to join our growing home care agency and support the full cycle of case staffing, intake coordination, and client satisfaction. The person in this role will act as the bridge between caregivers, patients, insurance providers, and internal operations to ensure cases are staffed efficiently and services run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Staffing & Caregiver Recruitment
- Receive new patient cases and actively recruit and place caregivers (Home Health Aides) as quickly as possible.
- Contact caregivers, present case opportunities, and encourage acceptance through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Discuss case details including location, schedule, and compensation.
- Maintain urgency and follow-up to ensure timely staffing.
- Intake & Insurance Coordination
- Manage intake processes and ensure all patient and insurance information is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate approvals, authorizations, and documentation required for services.
- Submit and follow up on insurance-related requests and claims.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with agency procedures.
- Client & Caregiver Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients and caregivers.
- Address concerns, resolve service issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Communicate professionally with patients regarding scheduling changes, attendance issues, or service updates.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and caregiver engagement.
- Coordinate solutions quickly to maintain continuity of care.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and move with urgency.
- Experience in home care staffing, caregiver recruiting, intake coordination, scheduling, insurance follow-up, or healthcare operations is preferred but not required.
