Responsibilities

• Engage with Irish-speaking clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.
• Communicate effectively in English to ensure clarity and understanding throughout the consultancy process.
• Conduct training and provide product demonstrations to empower clients with the knowledge to utilize our solutions successfully.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create and implement successful digital strategies that drive efficiency and engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies to offer informed recommendations to clients.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Irish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in a consulting or customer support role, preferably within the digital or tech sectors.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices relevant to the industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
• Independent and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
