Spa and Therapy Manager | AYANA BALI

We are in search of talented with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Spa and Therapy Manager to work with our Spa team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

*   Manage and oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
*   Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, including creating and promoting spa packages and special offers.
*   Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
*   Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continuously improve the spa experience.
*   Train and motivate spa staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
*   Collaborate with other departments within the resort to ensure a seamless guest experience.
*   Manage the spa budget, including analyzing financial reports and making adjustments as necessary.
*   Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and concepts as appropriate.
*   Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
*   Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
*   Contribute to the development and implementation of the resort's sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Having minimum 5 year experience in managerial position from 4 or 5 stars Hotel

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role.

• Excellent leadership and management skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of spa treatments and products.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.

• Certified as a Spa Therapist with spa certification and other wellness related certification is advantage

• Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies

• Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields
