Casual Therapist -

As Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of five-star luxury spa treatments for our hotel guests. You will have an excellent telephone manner as the Spa Therapist is also responsible for taking reservations. You will strive to enhance the guest experience in order to continually improve the performance of the Rejuve Spa.

What you will need to succeed

• Previous experience in a Spa from a luxury 5* hotel
• Experience in managing high profile guests
• Beauty Therapist Qualifications Level 2 & 3
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Team player
• Proactive approach with initiative
• A polite, presentable and courteous manner
• Ayurvedic trained

Main Duties:

·Carrying out a range of spa treatments to 5* standards: Facials, Body Massage, Scrubs & Wraps and Waxing.

·Carry out a full consultation to understand each individual guests’ preferences and dislikes.

·To use your initiative with daily tasks and guest inquiries.

·Taking responsibility for your guests journey.

·Greeting guests at spa reception and taking payments, filling out daily taking’s sheets at the end of each day.

·Working towards upselling treatments & products and rebooking guests before they leave.

·Making sure all spa rooms look like a showroom when not in use.

·Maintaining gym fruit bowel and water when opening and closing the Spa.

·To support manager & supervisor when requested.

·To send courtesy calls, cards, messages etc. when there is space for bookings.
