As our Special Projects Supervisor, you will deliver across a wide range of specialized commercial construction, renovation/repair, maintenance, and light expansion projects. Your Background

Previous experience running commercial renovation, maintenance, or light construction projects as a supervisor, foreman, or lead technician.

Strong skillset across renovation/repair scopes, general building trades, and managing multiple small to mid‑sized projects.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, scope documents, and client requirements.

Excellent communication, organization, professionalism, and customer service skills—especially in occupied or operational environments.

Ability to lift materials, navigate active job sites, and manage physically demanding tasks when necessary.

Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams across multiple simultaneous projects.
