We are seeking an experienced and qualified Specialist / Consultant ENT to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care, manage complex cases, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient ENT care.
• Perform ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of practice.
• Evaluate and manage hearing, sinus, voice, and balance disorders.
• Manage emergency ENT conditions and provide appropriate treatment.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and other specialists.
• Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counselling.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT.
• Valid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Specialist or Consultant level.
• Strong knowledge of modern ENT treatment protocols and surgical techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
