We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and high-performing Specialist, Customer Success who will be responsible for building relationships, understanding customer trends, hitting annual targets and leading our big data analytics and customer engagement platform Dataroid in the right direction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our analytics and engagement platform and contribute to strategic plans that maximize customer retention and satisfaction in global and local markets.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through proactive support and value-driven communication.
  • Work closely with customers to co-create successful use cases that demonstrate business value and support growth.
  • Act as a technical integrator and analytical advisor focused on digital analytics and user engagement strategies.
  • Ensure Dataroid SDK and API integrations are implemented in the most efficient and scalable way for each customer.
  • Provide product feedback and insights to the business and product teams.
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers.
  • Understand product infrastructure with technical and business perspective.
  • Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or any other relevant degree or a maximum of 3 years’ experience in a Technical and/or Business Support function (B2B) dealing with data analysis.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-moving startup environment.
  • Data analytics interpretation skills with a consultancy mindset.
  • Passion for supporting client’s growth through digital insights and engagement actions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Desire to learn of technology, digital and innovation.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
