Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing Managers, Functional Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze monthly Direct and Indirect spend performance, providing timely insights on cost drivers and trends.
• Support month-end close activities, including preparation, validation, and distribution of financial reports and dashboards.
• Perform variance analysis and identify significant spending fluctuations, risks, opportunities, and unusual transactions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational initiatives and incorporate them into financial analysis and reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, scorecards, and management summaries to stakeholders.
• Drive process standardization and governance across business units to improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Identify and execute automation and continuous improvement opportunities to streamline finance processes and enhance productivity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP), and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• CA / CMA (CWA) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, or
• MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a global manufacturing organization is preferred.
• Prior experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Procurement Finance, or Sourcing Finance is desirable.

Technical Skills

• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Qlik, Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, dashboarding, and automation tools is an added advantage.
