We are seeking an experienced and qualified Specialist Hematologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a wide range of hematological conditions, provide comprehensive patient care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage benign and malignant hematological disorders.
• Evaluate and treat conditions such as anemia, coagulation disorders, thrombosis, and hematological malignancies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient response.
• Manage patients requiring chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusion support, and other hematological treatments, where qualified.
• Interpret relevant laboratory investigations, blood films, and bone marrow studies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists.
• Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counselling.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Hematology or a relevant specialty.
• Valid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Specialist level.
• Strong knowledge of hematology diagnosis and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
