We are looking for Specification Engineer to maximize project turnover by embedding Sika solutions into project specifications and providing end-to-end technical support from the design phase through to the sale. This position ensures technical excellence both externally for customers and internally through the continuous training of technicians and sales staff.

1. Project Specification & Stakeholder Management

• Develop and promote Sika product specifications to owners, consultants, architects, designers, and other project stakeholders.
• Follow up and influence projects to secure Sika products in project specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and update management on specification status and opportunities.

2. Technical Consulting & Solution Development

• Provide expert technical recommendations, specifications, drawings, and application methods to customers.
• Support customers with technically sound solutions that meet project requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve product specifications, drawings, and technical documentation to address market needs.

3. Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Deliver product, system, and technology training to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Support the transfer of technical knowledge and best practices to Sales, Technical Service, and other relevant functions.
• Promote new products, technologies, and innovative solutions to the market.

4. Product Innovation & Market Development

• Identify market needs and contribute to new product development and launch initiatives together with the Technology team.
• Provide market feedback and technical insights to support business growth and product positioning.

5. Compliance, Reporting & Operational Excellence

• Maintain accurate project records, activity reports, and documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality of company information and customer data.
• Comply with company policies, regulations, and EHS requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Building Materials, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience engaging with owners, consultants, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Passion for the construction industry and technical solution selling.
• Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
