Spray Tech - Lawn and Garden

What You’ll Do

• Perform lawn, soil, and landscape maintenance on residential and commercial properties
• Safely apply liquid fertilizers and herbicides (per state/local regulations)
• Inspect lawns, trees, and shrubs to recommend best care practices
• Assist with aeration, seeding, and applying Liquid Biological Amendments (LBAs)
• Communicate with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Supervise/lead daily routines and assist teammates when needed
• Maintain and safely operate equipment, vehicles, and tools
• Work outdoors in all seasons while keeping safety a top priority

What We’re Looking For

• CAT3 Certification (required)
• 3+ years of spray technician or related experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (must pass MVR/background)
• Strong work ethic, safety focus, and leadership mindset
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50–100 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
