The Fine Gardening Team Leader performs a wide variety of landscape and maintenance tasks related to residential and commercial properties, with a focus on crew supervision. This role is expected to work independently as well as within a team environment, with some customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Actively lead with a positive attitude
• Maintain a culture of safety
• Supervise all maintenance care service activities of the crew
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep daily projects on schedule
• Be a team player who pitches in where needed

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in horticulture
• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Maintain qualifying MVR for company auto insurance
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Must be willing to apply herbicides
• Test for CAT3 certification within first 60 days of employment
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Environmental Requirements

• Must be able to work in many weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, snow, etc
