What will you be doing?

 Creating usable / aesthetic interfaces for chefs, users across

various platforms

 Applying interaction design process at every step of problem

solving

 Creating mood boards, collaborating with different stakeholders

to gather insights

 Closely working with the tech team to integrate the design

Required Skill sets

 Detailed understanding of product research, strategy, information

architecture development, and interaction design

 Balancing business requirements and emotional desires of the

users

 Ability to rationalize design decisions with backing of data from

research / insights

 Manage the design process, drive decisions, track issues, and

assist in estimating resource needs and schedules.  Prior startup experience is plus

 2-5 years of experience + Masters degree in Human-Comp
