岗位职责

1. 负责学校STEAM课程的整体规划、建设与实施，完善课程体系及教学方案；

2. 负责STEAM教师团队的管理、指导与教研，提升团队教学水平；

3. 结合学校办学特色，开发及优化STEAM课程、项目及实践活动；

4. 组织开展科技、创新、工程、创客等相关项目及校园活动；

5. 关注STEAM教育发展趋势，引入优质课程资源及教学实践；

6. 与教学、德育及其他学科部门协作，推动STEAM与学科融合，提升学生创新实践能力。

We are recruiting a STEAM coordinator for a school in Ningbo, with the desired start date as early as 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning, development, and implementation of the school's STEAM curriculum, improving the curriculum system and teaching plans;

2. Responsible for the management, guidance, and teaching research of the STEAM teacher team, improving the team's teaching level;

3. Develop and optimize STEAM courses, projects, and practical activities based on the school's characteristics;

4. Organize and carry out science, innovation, engineering, maker-related projects and campus activities;

5. Pay attention to the development trends of STEAM education, introducing high-quality curriculum resources and teaching practices;

6. Collaborate with teaching, moral education, and other subject departments to promote the integration of STEAM with subject matter and enhance students' innovative and practical abilities.

Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，教育、工程、科学、计算机等相关专业优先；

2. 具有5年以上STEAM、科技教育或相关课程教学经验，有课程管理或团队管理经验者优先；

3. 熟悉STEAM教育理念及课程体系，具备较强的课程设计与开发能力；

4. 具备较强的团队管理、教研指导及项目统筹能力；

5. 具有创新意识、实践能力及良好的沟通协调能力；

6. 有STEAM课程建设、科技竞赛或大型项目经验者优先。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in education, engineering, science, computer science, or related fields;

2. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in STEAM, science and technology education, or related courses; experience in curriculum management or team management is preferred;

3. Familiar with STEAM education concepts and curriculum systems, possessing strong curriculum design and development capabilities;

4. Strong team management, curriculum research guidance, and project coordination abilities;

5. Innovative thinking, practical skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities;

6. Experience in STEAM curriculum development, science and technology competitions, or large-scale projects is preferred.
