Stock Clerk

• Receives, quantity and evaluate incoming trading and finished good items
• Ensure all incoming Finished Good items passed QA evaluation, No QA pass/evaluation, no transfer of items
• Ensure proper piling of stocks on designated rack/bin and ensure in the conformance to the warehousing zoning and lay-out
• Responsible in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse at all times
• Assist warehouse supervisor in cycle counting activities including the year end inventory
• Report to the warehouse Supervisor all items that are below the minimum inventory level or above the maximum inventory level for proper action to be done
• Monitors the use of appropriate forms to document stock movement in compliance with warehouse policies and procedures.
• Evaluates and receives items from Receiving Section ( Pull-out items) and submit report to warehouse Supervisor
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor in preparation of report for KPI every month
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

Essential:

• 4 year college graduate any course

Desirable:

• Coordination to other department
• Teamwork
• Experience in Warehousing, 1-2 years
• Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related software programs.
