This role is part of an exclusive Store Operations Exchange Program designed to bring European retail excellence into China's rapidly expanding community retail sector.
Only Chinese nationals currently working in Europe are eligible, in world-class training, operational standards, and store management expertise. You will relocate to China and play a key role in modernizing and optimizing nationwide store operations.

📌 Duties & Responsibilities

🏪 Manage full store operations or a specific functional area
🔄 Adapt and implement best-in-class practices into the Chinese retail model
👥 Lead, train, and develop store teams to boost efficiency, performance, and compliance
📦 Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and top-tier merchandising standards
📈 Execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
🤝 Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, retail tech, merchandising, and QA teams
✈️ Conduct frequent domestic travel to supervise stores, audit performance, and support regional teams

🎓 Bachelor’s degree or above
🛒 Proven experience in European grocery retail operations or supermarket management
