Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate strategy, internal consulting, or organizational management, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills — able to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Familiar with OKR systems, strategic frameworks, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Agile mindset — proactive, execution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (primary working language) and skilled in cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Partner with the CEO Office to support annual strategy planning, OKR development, and execution monitoring.
    Translate high-level business goals into actionable, measurable projects.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Process Optimization
  • Analyze internal workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
    Lead strategic reviews on cross-functional collaboration and propose process redesigns.
  • Data-Driven Decision Support
  • Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics related to business performance, headcount, and strategic outcomes.
    Conduct internal market, performance, and benchmarking analysis to support leadership decisions.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Facilitate alignment between product, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively.
    Support inter-departmental communication and accountability for strategic initiatives.
  • Governance & Risk Management
  • Maintain and update the Risk & Dependency Register to ensure transparency of organizational risks and dependencies.
    Support readiness reviews and compliance checks for critical projects and decisions.
  • Culture & Communication
  • Summarize Culture Talk insights, engagement initiatives, and communication programs to strengthen internal alignment and belonging.
    Contribute to the development of a performance-driven, transparent, and learning-oriented organizational culture.
